Dear Parents and Guardians,

 

            Senior year is a very special year. It is a time to celebrate, a time to reflect, and a time to remember. To help commemorate this momentous time in the lives of you and your students, the 2007-2008 yearbook staff is offering the chance for you and other family members and friends to purchase an ad to wish your graduate good luck, to express your love, or simply to show off how adorable he or she was as a baby! This ad may contain pictures and will appear in the 2008-2009 yearbook. Sizes and prices for these ads vary, and we hope that these choices will accommodate everyone. We ask that these ads be placed in full (words, pictures, payment) no later than January 9th—though we would appreciate them as soon as possible. These ads can be turned in either in the main office or directly to Ms Smith.

            Additionally, I am sure that many of you have questions regarding senior pictures for the yearbook. If you do not have a digital copy of the picture, you may submit a photograph to Ms Smith to scan. These pictures do not have to be professionally done photographs—just a nice picture that you and your student like. If you have a digital copy, a size of 500 X 700 pixels should be adequate. You may submit a digital copy via CD or online at http://images.jostens.com (user ID: 1190873; password: seniors09). Dress and content of these pictures must adhere to guidelines in the student code of conduct. Again, senior pictures may be submitted until January 9th, but would be appreciated as soon as possible. Yearbook Senior Ad Order Form

 

Like many schools, the yearbook is a culmination of a year of high school life.  In order for the cost of yearbooks to stay down, ad space must be sold to the students, parents and community.  Ads can include words and pictures. Below is an order form for each purchaser to fill out and return to Arts Academy in the Woods, c/o Ms. M. Smith.  Ads may be paid for with a check, money order, or with cash. Below is a price list for our ads:

 

Full Page, Color – $100

Half Page, Color – $55

Quarter Page, Color – $30

Eighth Page, Color – $20
